Tom and Toz Wedding

When I was contacted by a young lady who has her own business selling Handmade decorations for weddings and parties, I knew I was in for a treat! Victoria first came to me last year and she always had the idea that her colour scheme would be NO colour scheme for the flowers!

I don’t think that she ever deviated from this vision at all, she just kept adding more and more gold into the mix! Here are some photos from her wedding, including lots her own touches of magic – from straw bale sofas to a pudding cart and of course, lots of handmade decorations EVERYWHERE!

I was so thrilled to be part of her special day, and even when it poured down for the duration of the day before, she wasn’t flustered – just pragmatic and rather over excited! I think the rain did actually hold off for the tractor-trailer trip from the church to the marquee and I am pretty sure that the guests would have been just have bowled over by the décor as I was. So congratulations to Victoria and Tom, she’s DEFINITELY going to need another project after this one, although something tells me it won’t be long….! After I’ve finished any wedding flowers, I always feel both elation for the couple but also a little bit ‘down’ that the culmination of so much hard work has come to an end. I look forward to seeing the official photos but for now, here are a few of my own…..
